Where we ship

We ship across the European Union and the rest of Europe.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They can be affected by weather and carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on all orders. Express insured shipping is available at checkout for a small additional charge.

Import duties and taxes

Orders delivered within the European Union are shipped with all applicable taxes accounted for — you will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

For orders outside the EU (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway), your local authority may charge import duties or VAT. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We dispatch from within the European Union.

Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated after a few days, this is normal during the early stages of transit.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us immediately and we will try to correct it before dispatch.

Delays and missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email info@shoptessie.com and we will trace it. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace it or refund you in full.
